This is the sweetest book to be read to little ones by mommy or daddy! I gave it to my son on the day of our 2 month old grandson's baptism. He is the best daddy to him, his 22 month old and 7 year old sons. Especially meaningful as he was also getting ready to leave on his latest deployment with the military. This will be a simple and sweet book to be read at bedtime or anytime to remind them of their daddy's special love.

The Little girl I care for gave this to her Father for Father's Day which was right next to his birthday. Though she's only seven she read it to him because she's an advanced reader (level 4). He was quite proud and happy with it. It spoke her heart as her dad is the greatest guy on the planet. I think he'll keep it forever to remember her reading it to him. It helped confirm he's a good dad doing a great job.

Really good little book.The book consists of simple rhymes about how Daddy loves, serves, protects, teaches, comforts, works, and has super cute and fun illustrations. Told from the kid's point of view. It's sincere and sweet without being flowery. An encouragement for Dad and a reinforcement for baby. The first page is probably unrealistic expectation ("Daddy never lets me down")(idea: just glue it down or make a fun dedication page out of it if it bothers you). The book ends with thanking God for Daddy and telling him that baby loves him "too". It's nice to have a daddy book.

Love this book, teaches kids how to pray for what you love and appreciate.

Super adorable book. Found it in another store where they wanted $15 for it! Knew I could find it cheaper on Amazon. It praises “Daddy” and points out to the child, just how much daddies love their children and how they work hard to keep them safe and happy in the Lord. “Daddy” trusts in God for his direction in leading his family, which I appreciate! There aren’t enough good “daddy” books!

Bought this for my husband for Father's Day in anticipation of our upcoming due date. This book is very sweet, and good for a Christian household. In my opinion, it does a good job of promoting the importance of Daddy and the things Daddy does without perpetuating antiquated gender stereotypes.

Sweet book for child and Daddy to share. Love the central message on God and being a good neighbor and leader in God's eyes.
