Just received this book. I REALLY wanted to love it because I do appreciate how it is laid out and the size is nice. However, there are a few fatal flaws: (1) this book doesn't include a "related to" section with each diagnosis, which would be very helpful when writing the "related to" section in diagnoses and (2) the index is not very helpful. Unfortunately I have to send it back and find a new one.
I’m a first semester RN student I hate this book. Took a class lecture to teach us how to use it still like “wtf?†I’m supposed to hate this book though.

This book is FANTASTIC for filling out care plans! Specifically with finding Nursing diagnosis and goals for planning for many different diseases and patient populations!
